On 5 September 2019, VIVA was inaugurated, the restaurant on the second floor of Eataly Milano Smeraldo, by the starred Chef Viviana Varese.

The wood of Riva 1920, the protagonist of the new restaurant, is always "alive" along-side the Kauri table, a symbol of new life and a return to light, designed by Renzo and Matteo Piano.
