
Helidon Xhixha
Helidon Xhixha was born in Durrës in December 1970.
The son of an artist, he spent his childhood in his father Sali’s studio, where he inherited a deep passion for the fine arts, particularly sculpture. After attending the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana, he decided to move to Italy.
In 1998, thanks to a scholarship, he had the opportunity to spend three months at Kingston University in London, where he refined his skills in engraving, sculpture, and photography.
In February 1999, after four years of hard work and study, he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, known as Brera.
Recognized in academic circles for his distinctive style, he experiments with and creates stainless steel sculptures using an innovative technique.
